Virtual Office – Choose Your Service Options
The Sole Trader Service
The Sole Trader service costs £25 +VAT (£30) per month. This enables you to use Weatherill House as your business address for your stationery and website and to receive your business mail and parcels.
We will hold your mail and parcels for you to collect, or we will forward them to a single address of your choosing.
There is a minimum service period of three months for this service, and payments will be taken monthly by Direct Debit.
The Limited Company Service
The Limited Company service costs £45 +VAT (£54) per month. This enables you to use Weatherill House as your business address for your stationery and website and also to use Weatherill House as your Limited Company registered office address.
We will receive your business mail and parcels, and we will hold your mail and parcels for you to collect, or we will forward them to a single address of your choosing.
There is a minimum service period of three months for this service, and payments will be taken monthly by Direct Debit.

NOTES FOR VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES:
- Forwarded mail will be sent by 1st class post.
- For postage items weighing more than 100 grams, there will be an additional charge equal to the additional postage.
- Only items within the weight/size limits of the Royal Mail Letter Service can be forwarded• All mail service users are welcome to use our business lounge for informal meetings once a month at no extra cost.
- Meeting rooms are half price and preferential rates for Co-working – enquire for prices
- Your post will be forwarded every two weeks to a single address you have allocated (we’re unable to forward your post to multiple addresses), or you are welcome to collect your post from Weatherill House, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5.30 pm.
