The Light of Innovation:

For those who regularly read the Croydon Citizen, you will have seen in this month’s issue that a couple of our tenants are featured in “The Light of Innovation” edition, giving an overview of how they are innovating and why they have chosen Croydon as a base.

Tom Breza heads a Cloud and IT solutions company called PC Services. “In IT we try to stay on top of the latest trends, but IT as a business is quite traditional.  Safety and stability come first, backed by innovation in finding new technologies.  That’s what customers want and it’s what we provide”.

Margaret Aniemeka is innovating within the social enterprise sector with her company, Raising Great Aspirations. “We’re knocking down barriers and empowering young people to get into education, employment and training, we’re working with young people on this”.

And why Croydon?

Tom: “With a fast-moving business, you need to be somewhere with the right infrastructure.  It’s easy to get in and out of Croydon, not just into London but also to anywhere in Europe.  The rents in London have skyrocketed so people are looking for places that are well-connected and it doesn’t get any better than Croydon.”
