Why Building Business Horizons Could Be For You
We’re busy recruiting for our next cohort of entrepreneurs to join our Building Business Horizons incubator programme starting in September 2021.
The aim is to help alumni of the StartUp & Go Bootcamp and Introduction to Social Enterprise courses to build on what they have learned and support them further in their business journey. We do this through a series of interactive workshops and 1-1 support that builds upon each other to help participants develop a business plan and pitch for seed funding of up to £500 to help towards business related expenses.
This will be our fifth cohort of entrepreneurs that will be supported and feedback on previous cohorts on their journeys and experiences have been very positive. Hear from some of our Spring 2021 cohort in the links below:
Once the programme has been completed, graduates are supported further and encouraged to keep in touch and attend other events, thus building a community that they can call upon for support and collaboration too.
Last month we enjoyed a picnic farewell to one of out colleagues, trainers and mentors – Anna Burke – which turned into a place for people to catch up with each other, share what they do and encourage others starting their journey to go for it.
We plan to build on this and provide more opportunities to network and collaborate.
