We Need You!! – Help us to shape our future

There are many predictions being made regarding the future of office space, but general opinion dictates that fundamentally people will want to go back to socialising and collaborating once we are able to, possibly on a smaller scale but with a demand for better, brighter, and more attractive workspaces.

In an article published in the Financial Times on 3rd January 2021, Daniel Thomas explains that, since Covid19, our perception of traditional workspace has changed and post-Covid there will be a demand for shared offices, flexible membership and occasional work space.

Weatherill House is under new management and we need your help to shape our future

We currently offer affordable office space on an all-inclusive package and easy opt in opt out agreement that allows one month’s notice at any time and we’ve been trialling co-working on a small scale as a pay-as-you-go option with several enthusiastic regulars.

Weatherill House is only 8 years old – it’s a modern, professional enterprise centre with welcoming staff and a great location for public transport and free parking options.

Our USP is that we are a charity who help start-ups and small businesses with support and training (the majority of which is free of charge) and we use the proceeds of our office rentals and services to fund further training and keep the building running for the next generation of would-be entrepreneurs.

However, we’re embracing change and would like to share our future plans with you. Please complete the attached questionnaire to give us your views on our proposed new Members Club for Local Businesses.

There will also be an opportunity to walk around the existing “break-out” area and view plans for the new space should you wish to do so.  In line with current Government Guidelines, tours will be by appointment only.
