Applications for the Croydon Discretionary Grants Fund will close on 30 June 2020.

Businesses can apply for this grant and check the eligibility criteria on the discretionary grants fund page.

To be eligible businesses must:

  • Have been trading on or before 11 March 2020
    • Employ fewer than 50 employees
    • Have experienced a 40% or more drop in income due to the impact of coronavirus crisis
    • Have fixed property-related costs
    • Have not received other coronavirus-specific grants (not including the coronavirus job retention scheme to furlough staff, or the self-employment income support scheme)

Property costs must be related to work space, not residential property or storage costs.
Businesses must be able to clearly demonstrate the 40% loss in income. Additional evidence such as cancelled orders will be considered.

Charities and bed and breakfasts are not eligible to apply.
