StartUp Croydon’s Creative Digital Lab’s Website is launched!

Here at Startup Croydon, we have had a busy few months working behind the scenes on the Creative Digital Lab which will occupy space in Weatherill House’s First Floor, we are delighted to share that the first phase is ready to go!

Our website launch is the first step of many to opening our doors later this year.

StartUp Croydon wants to make this state-of-the-art technology accessible to empower the creative power of South London; giving space for the already accomplished to produce their best work, or for anyone with untapped creative potential to discover what they can achieve with the right equipment.

On 13th September we held a market testing event to showcase what can be achieved in a Creative Digital Lab. Our Creative Lead team, Rajpal Singh and Antonio Lewis showed off their skills through their showreels and gave a taste of the expertise that will be available to anyone in need of a guiding hand.

We were delighted with the level of attendance, which proved the great appetite for digital skills there is in our region.

We look forward to working together with third-party organisations to open up the facility as a space to help develop career pathways for those who would usually only get access to this equipment in University settings.
