StartUp Croydon Team Welcomes New Addition!

In August 2016, it was announced that StartUp Croydon had been successful in a joint ESF Big Lottery Fund application with four other organisations including Croydon Council.  The SEEK project has been designed to deliver a programme to encourage unemployed and economically inactive people to consider starting a social enterprise https://startupcroydon.co.uk/helping-out-of-work-people-to-start-a-social-enterprise/.

Since then we have been busy developing the project with our partners further and are pleased to announce that our team is expanding with Anna Burke joining us specifically to work on the SEEK project.  Anna is an experienced social entrepreneur and trainer and has worked with disadvantaged groups to help them access employment opportunities or to start their own social enterprise.

We are excited to welcome Anna to our team and help in the delivery of this programme.
