StartUp Croydon Saves the Day

As we all know, sometimes our normal business operations are interrupted by events that are beyond our control.  Even though the Covid19 pandemic has affected everyone in some way and we’ve adapted as best we can, there are still smaller yet significant problems that can potentially have a devastating effect on a business and that’s where a solid business network can make all the difference.  We were therefore delighted to be able to help a member of our business community, Dan Jordan Publishing,  during a powercut that threatened to jeopardise the print production deadline.

Offering a place to work from at short notice acted as a stop-gap while the problem was rectified and we’re happy to say that distribution of Croydon area magazines CR2, CR3, CR6, RH9 and TN16 went ahead as normal.

StartUp Croydon has been a customer of Dan Jordan Publishing for many years and we consider the owners, Graham and Helen Tapley to be friends as well as business colleagues.  They are hugely dedicated to keeping a sense of community within the borough through news articles and advertising local businesses – it really is the best way to reach out to people within the Borough.
