Pay only for the desk you use, on the days you use it!

Our new co-working space is designed to give you the flexibility you want at an affordable price.  We can accommodate a single person or a team of up to 3 people in one of our co-working office units for as many days per week as you need and you only pay for the desks that you use, on the days that you use them!

There is no contract or licence to sign, so you have complete freedom to choose your office days according to what works for you.

If you need a larger room for a team meeting or client presentation you can book any of our business meeting rooms at half price (subject to availability), with a 12-person maximum capacity for our largest room.  For added safety, all rooms are socially distanced and sanitised after every meeting.

And we also have a mail box and business address service @ £25 inc VAT per month.

Our co-working space is available from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and we operate a Covid19 compliant strategy within the public areas of the building for the peace of mind of all who use the facilities within the Enterprise Centre.

Just 15 minutes’ walk from Central Croydon and located close to excellent public transport links, with the facility of bicycle racks within the  secure parking zone, Weatherill House also has a number of free parking options as well as the possibility of purchasing monthly 24/7 secure parking at excellent rates.

If you need it, we can help with photocopying, printing and scanning, and our friendly staff are always on hand to meet and greet you and your visitors.

Alternatively, if you would like a dedicated office we currently have availability for 1 person up to 5 people on an all-inclusive monthly package and easy opt in opt out licence agreement, together with free meeting rooms and Superfast broadband (200 mbps up & down).  Our offices are ideal for anyone who is downsizing their business or needs a satellite hub.
