Weatherill House is located close to Wandle Park Tram Stop and there are excellent public transport links in all directions. The park itself is a regenerated area that is only a couple of minutes from the building.
The enterprise centre is open to tenants from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturday. All of our offices have individual air-conditioning and alarm systems, with facilities on each floor including kitchens and showers.
There is ample free parking in the area and five bays at the side of the building are reserved for tenants on a first come first served basis. Alternatively, there is undercover parking available if required, at an additional cost.
Overlooking the Park, this 2nd floor windowed office would suit up to 4 people at a rental of £1,000 per month including VAT. This office in particular has previously been a long-term let due to the location within the building and view.
We recognise that small businesses and start-ups are not always able to enter into lengthy agreements and we therefore operate a rolling licence system that allows tenants to stay for 6 months or longer, but with the flexibility of opting out by giving one month’s notice at any time.
Weatherill House is a fully managed facility with an attractive Reception area that is ideal for meeting and greeting Clients. We aim to warmly welcome any visitors to the business centre and ensure that our tenants receive a fantastic quality of service.

Park House in Central Croydon is always a popular option due to its location, 24/7 access and remarkably low rents. Only one unit is available at present at a reduced rental of £850 inc VAT per month. This facility is a 1970’s refurbishment with communal kitchen and 2 large meeting rooms that are free for tenants to use. Benefitting from upgraded broadband (30mb), the same all-inclusive elements, and easy opt in, opt out licence agreement.
Please note that there is no parking available on site, but Croydon Council have now arranged concessionary rates (£4.00 to £5.00 per day) at the Whitgift Centre, Centrale and Allders/Outlet car park due to a previous lack of affordable options.
