NatWest has recently launched a new initiative to support more women to start a business, headed by Business Growth Enabler for the South East, Victoria Stevens.

The idea is to help raise money for female start-ups through crowdfunding with the opportunity of a 50% grant supplied by NatWest (up to £5,000).

Vicky Stevens
Vicky’s main role is to work very closely with the business community in South London, to support, develop and add value to SME businesses. A key focus of her role is providing business guidance, bringing together local businesses, supporting organisations and influencers to find ways to support and grow the local market.
In addition to this Victoria is fully accredited in business banking and is an appointed ‘Woman in Business’ and a dedicated point of contact for London based female entrepreneurs. She is now working on a project directly with Coast to Capital one of the UK’s 38 LEP’s, to encourage and support more female entrepreneurs with scaling their business.
With 12 years’ experience working for the organisation, she has specialised in business banking, for the past 7 years.
“Vicky has been a real asset to NatWest in the area that she is responsible for by immersing herself in the organisations and ecosystem showing how the bank can positively support its business community. A particular strength is with events by engaging with key topics being sought by her audience and finding great speakers from her network in order to educate her audience and add value to relationships.”  (Enterprise Manager, NatWest Business, London)
