Competition to Win Self-Defence Classes at Defence Lab Croydon

Business networking can generate some very interesting contacts and I recently spoke to one of the instructors who trains people in Croydon and New Addington to use self-defence techniques designed to work on the street today, including classes for children, women, bespoke 1-2-1 tuition, team building days or group sessions, and against multiple attackers.

Endorsed by Liam Neeson, these classes use a scientific system using 20 years of study of the mental, physical and spiritual facets of human nature, and the classes are not only very effective but also fun and calorie burning.
