On the outskirts of Croydon and opposite beautiful Wandle Park, Weatherill House is a modern and professional enterprise centre, ideal for any business that wants to make a great impression on their clients or needs a bright and stimulating environment in which to work.  A managed reception desk from Monday to Saturday gives an additional level of service that is also incorporated into the rental costs.  Close to excellent transport links and within walking distance of the town’s amenities, you’ll find that the cost of renting a prestigious office is far less than in Central Croydon.  Parking is available for an additional charge and there are also many free of charge options nearby.

Park House

Centrally located in Croydon and just 5 minutes’ walk from East Croydon Station, Park House is a 1970’s build offering a modernised communal kitchen and meeting room facilities.  This is an unmanaged facility with 24/7 access and a telephone activated entry system for your visitors.  Our offices are located on the 4th floor, where there is CCTV in operation and a secure access point that is touchpad activated.

Current availability:  PH409 internal office for 1-2 persons: £300pm, PH408 windowed office for 5-6 persons: £1,000pm, PH400 windowed office for 15-20 persons: £2,000 neg (all prices include VAT)
