Envelope iconOur mail box service gives you the benefit of a business address to use on your stationery, business cards and website.  We can also sign for and safely store any larger items, for collection at a time and day that is convenient to you.  Post box usage starts at just over £20 + VAT per month, with onward posting available for an additional, nominal fee.  As a mail box customer, you will also receive 50% off meeting room bookings.

 

Icon of a telephoneShould you also require the prestige of a London 0203 phone number, we can arrange for you to use our Reception Desk to take messages during Monday to Friday office hours.  Our friendly reception team will answer your calls with a generic message that relates to the Weatherill House business address and pass on messages via email, or you can call in for them if you prefer.

 

Icon depicting laminatingIf you are in need of essential office services such as sending or receiving faxes, scanning documents, printing copies in either black & white or colour, print enlargements or reductions, laminating up to A3 size, we can accommodate most requests.  Printing and scanning costs from 6p + VAT per copy and we can supply a quote for any services that you would like to use, with payment via credit or debit card once the job is complete.

 

Icon of a meetingWe offer a selection of meeting rooms for hire at Weatherill House Enterprise Centre, either at a daily rate or by the hour. Rooms are furnished to a high standard and offer high-tech digital functionality.  We also have a small informal room, ideal for interviews and meetings for 2-4 persons.  We can organise the room to your preference from 10 to 16 persons board style up to 40 persons theatre style. Prices start at £5.21 + VAT per hour for the smallest room.  Refreshments are available at an extra charge.

 

Icon of shaking handsWhy not try one of our hosted networking groups – it’s the perfect way to make those essential business contacts.  Whether you’re an early bird or a lunchtime liaiser, there is a choice of Croydon Enterprise Plus or First Friday Networking.  Both groups have an average attendance of 15-35 persons, with only a nominal attendance fee.  We also hold other events during the year so it’s worthwhile keeping tabs on our Events Page.
